2017: Celebrities Continue to Love Modest Pajamas For Day and Evening Wear

By Adrianna Barrionuevo

From Sienna Miller’s two-piece designer pajamas to Gigi Hadid’s PJs-inspired jumpsuit, the boudoir-inspired trend celebs love isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. And with designer Jonathan Simkhai’s Pre-Fall 17 collection full of elevated pajama dressing–friendly styles, there are beautiful silky separates in fashion’s future.

The inspiration for Simkhai’s upcoming line came from the very place PJs were meant for: the bedroom. He sought to create pieces inspired by what a woman wears when she’s “luxuriating in her bed,” which is when the designer believes she is comfortable and confident. The luxe styles once reserved for private include deconstructed button-downs, chemise tunics, and lace-trim, wide-leg trousers. We’ve never seen pajama dressing look this chic
